The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the home. Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing A full perimeter drainage system and a SmartJack into the basement to prevent water from entering the basement and to stabilize the floor system of the old home. Our installation team installed over 150 feet of drainage around the basement, a sump pump, a SmartJack, and exterior drainage to protect the home from water and sagging floors.
