This crawlspace was submerged in water for months. Madole installed two temporary sump pumps to deter the water out of the crawlspace to start the CleanSpace encapsulation. Before picture you can see the mud and rubble created in the crawlspace from the water damage. Our crew dug trenches along with the pumps to dry out the crawlspace in order to put down the CleanSpace material to start the encapsulation. The after picture, you can see the crew successfully laid down the CleanSpace material and was able to dry out the crawlspace. Our CleanSpace encapsulation process for this job includes dehumidifiers to regulate the moisture/humidity in the crawlspace as well as SmartSumps to notify the home owner of any water that may be in the crawlspace one the encapsulation is complete.
