I was impressed with the your representatives did the initial day visit, the thoroughness of their analysis, and their presentation.

I selected Thrasher basement because of their experience, reputation for good work, I know some of their employees, and the clincher was how customer focused the compnay is. The crew foreman, Jason, was very customer oriented, communicative, professional and personable. The crew was also very professional, the work was done quickly, the worksite was confined and neat as possible. I do tell people the cost of the work seems high but the value is there. I will definitely recommend Thrasher for foundation work.

We were led to use Thrasher because of their reputation. All of the steps from start to finish and those involved were very polite and professional employees. They were on time and explained every part of the service.

Thrasher did a great job of repairing two sides of foundation. Jon and his crew were here when they explained everything to me inside and out. They even dug up and replanted a flower I wanted to keep, along with a couple of other things. They cleaned everything up when they were done and told us what to expect and to do. I have already told several friends about Thrasher and the crew to ask for! They all really knew what they were doing. Thanks for everything!!

It speaks so highly of Thrasher that the one wall we aren't having any problems with is something you guys did over 20 years. 

I find it necessary to report on the gentleman that helped me through a very troubling time with my home.  Mr. Tom Bilyeu came with patience and assurance that it could be repaired, he was super and real comfort to "my troubled mind." The work was completed by Fausto and another gentleman who's name escapes me.  They were a complete team and were also very thorough in their detail, complete gentlemen.  This is not my first time using Thrasher for my home, and each time I become more thankful to have such a great company to come to my rescue. The neighbors were so impressed with the way the yard was put back together, you could never tell anything had happened by days end.  i will be a "walking advertisment" for this company, and the employees that I have had contact with. Keep up the good work!!!

Thrasher called before they headed our way and arrived when they said they would.  I only spoke to one of the three men that did the work, but he was very nice.  Our Halloween and Thanksgiving pumpkins got left out under a tree for our boys to watch the squirrels eat them.  This year the squirrels didn't finish them off and I noticed your man picked up a couple of the chunks and throw them away, that was very nice, made me smile.  Thank you!  When the job was done, he stepped inside while my husband wrote the check and talked to our dog, Suh.  She liked him too.  He took the time to explain that we couldn't drive or walk on it until our finger didn't make a lasting impression. 

The team was very professional, fast and courteous.

We had family that recommended you and you were much more reasonable than the other two companies that we called.   Brian was very honest in his assessment and did not try to sell us something that we didn't need.  Too bad you guys couldn't have filmed our job is looked so good!!

Arrived on time for appointment to perform the service.  They made sure to go over each area of repair with me to ensure I was satisfied with the results.  The guys on site were very pleasant and professional. They showed up when they were supposed to, they did the work I expected and went out of their way to be sure I was pleased with the completed job.

We are very happy that the foundation is secure and our door is now working!
