What a hard working crew.  They are amazing and fast.  You could not tell they had been there.  We could not believe they could finish in one day.

I have been the contact person for my 94 year old neighbor Mayme for quite a while now.  Due to problems with water in Mayme's basement, which have ben happening for a very long time, we had to contact Thrasher.  Jeremy came to Mayme's this week for a comoplete inspection in her basement to analyze and provide a solution to her problems.  Jeremy also gave her an estimate of the cost to repair the probems.  At the beginning of the process of his inspection, Jeremy respectfully about the status of Mayme's living by herself.  I was very glad he asked, because it shoed he knew she would have to live in a very safe environment for the newxt few years.  I want to express my very special thank you to Jeremy for how he showed so much respect and care to Mayme who was overwhelmed with trying to undersand and deal what she thought was a large amount of money to spend on a basement system.  It was Jeremy's patience and caring for Mayme's feelings that kept her calm as she could be.  This lead to us getting the go-ahead for the contract approval.  I sincerely hope that you will make every effort to recognize Jeremy as one of your finest, and most respectful employees.  You can be assured that if my husband and I ever have the need for your services we will definitely contact you.

One of the reasons we decided to have all the work done by Thrasher is that we knew the work would be completed and guaranteed. We could have gone with other companies to do bits and pieces, but that would have taken a long time. Since we went with Thrasher for all of it, we only had one company and knew that when they were finished with what we are having done, our basement will look complete. Only the sump-pump, Sani-dry and waterguard are installed, but what a difference in the smell of our house since the Sani-dry was installed, I love it.  In a few weeks, the new wall restoration and floor will be put in.  I am looking forward to having a more pleasant environment in our basement. Instead of calling the basement the man-cave, it will be "our cave" since I won't be afraid of going down there any more.

I have noticed such a difference since this install. I knew right away when the old dehumidifier went out and you guys were here and swapped it out and honored that warranty. Thank you so much! 

The floor in my kitchen was uneven and Thrasher came in and fixed it. I was extremely pleased with how the project turned out.

Thrasher were recommended to me by my contractor who found the moisture problem in my basement when some flooring was removed. He had a family member who had Thrasher do some work and was please with the results. The Thrasher team worked very hard. They we pleasant and very efficient in getting the work done. In fact they were much faster than I anticipated. They also performed excellent work.  

The crew did a great jon. Juan explained everything he was doing along the way. He made sure to ask questions if he had them and did a wonderful job completing the work. We are very pleased with how everything turned out.

I selected Thrasher because a tree fell during a storm and pushed my basement wall in.  My insurance company recommended you.  Everyone from your company was very polite and helpful.  Besides the anchor plates on the wall and the smell from the drilling, I would have never known anything was done.  No messes inside or out!

Ladies and Gentlemen,I am age 87 and well aware of my propensity to complain frequently and to compliment insufficiently.I hope this letter, deserving as it is to you, will begin a trend in the opposite direction, namely of complimenting more than I complain.If it does, I will be even more grateful to your crew than I am able to express in this letter because it will mean that I have had the extreme good fortune of having to deal with service performed by more wonderful people like your crew, than the other variety of which I have seen in the past and have had more than my share.It is difficult for me to sufficiently express my feelings of gratitude for service exceptionally well performed in every respect by your crew who fixed our basement Wednesday, April 23rd.I have had a lot of work done by a lot of people in the course of my lifetime, but I have never been more pleased than I was throughout the experience I had with your company and particularly your crew. What a wonderful world this would be if all people in business would perform as you managed to do. Your people were prompt, capable, efficient, courteous, skillful, neat and pleasant in every respect.As your crew was well aware, although we had an appointment to have the work done on June 13, because they had "free" time, they were willing to do it when they did, even though that did not leave me the time I needed to get my stepson to move the many things we have in our basement which I knew would be in their way and which neither my wife nor I have the strength to move before they got here. Although I expressed that thought to your equally courteous and cheerful receptionist who called to make the Wednesday appointment, when they did come, and I told them that I would probably involve at least 2 people an hour or more to get those things out of the way, it did not phase them in the slightest and they took on the task without the slightest hesitation and did a wonderful job in what I considered to be an unbelievable short period of time and left our basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. I read your folder which indicates that you claim to have the "highest level of personal and professional service" and further state that your product and people perform to the highest standard. It goes on to say in part and another important reason for that is that you take the time to make working with you a positive experience.Normally, when I read language like that in a professional folder, I take it with a grain of salt and think that perhaps it might be "puffing" a bit. In your case, I find that it was a modest statement of fact which, if anything was an understatement.As indicated above, I have had done for me substantial construction work over the course of my lifetime by various contractors and have been blessed with having some very excellent ones, even before this experience. I believe that a number of them were at the very top of the highest standards in the industry and I believe that you are among the best of them. I congratulate you and thank you!

Mike Spencer(design specialist) did a great job diagnosing the problem and did not pressure us. We came up with a workable agreement.  I was not in house when the work was done, however, there was no dust or dirt left behind.  My husband stated that they did a wonderful job of hanging cloths, floor mats etc. to prevent and dust or dirt problems.I was pleasantly surprized and would not have known the crew was even there if I hadn't seen the results.  Thanks to the great employees who did the job.
