Charles frequently gets in and out of his car on the driveway and uses his walker to do so. He and his wife wanted a safer and more level surface for him to walk on. To fix these issues, we used Nexus Pro joint and crack sealant and leveled out the concrete using our Polylevel foam. We also applied Sealant Pro as a surface sealer to prevent further deterioration of the concrete and protect it from rain and oil.

This homeowner wanted to control the water entering their basement and control any water damage going on. When we inspected the home, we found where the water was coming from and suggested a full waterproofing scope, including sump pump, interior drainage track, and a vapor barrier. We installed all three of those, plus SmartJacks to support the bowing basement wall.
