Basement Waterproofing in Ralston, NE

This customer wanted to get a permanent solution to protect their home from water getting into the basement through the walls and through the floor. They had almost given up on the house after large rains would flood their basement causing structural damages.

Our crew went to the home for an inspection, giving them options to save the home from future damages and help solve their problem so they wouldn't have to worry about the rain. We added a full perimeter waterproofing system and our TripleSafe sump pump to drain any water leaking into the basement out of the home. The crew also added our PowerBrace to three of the walls in the basement giving the structure more support keeping water from getting in.

The customer was thrilled that they won't have to deal with the issue anyone and they have a permanent solution in place to give them peace of mind.

Basement Waterproofing Before Finishing The Basement

This homeowner recently purchased this house and wanted to finish the basement to add a play area for their grandkids. But due to the moldy and mildewy smell, they first needed to address any water damage before renovating. We found water entering through the joints, and to prevent this from happening, we installed a interior drainage system to collect that water and redirect it by pumping it out through a sump pump.

Efflorescence on Foundation Walls in Omaha

This home had a white, chalky substance on the walls, called efflorescence. Efflorescence is the deposit of salts left on masonry after the water evaporates. It appears on surfaces like concrete, retaining walls, stone, and stucco. Though it's not harmful, t's a good indication that water is in the basement. To fix, we installed a vapor barrier and interior drainage system.
