The homeowner expected the sidewalk to be brought back up to its original height, the front stairs elevated, the back patio void filled, control joints in the patio sealed, and cracks in both the sidewalk and patio repaired. Additionally, they wanted the surface of the sidewalk to be sealed.

Our Design Specialist came out and provided a free, no-obligation, estimate for the homeowner and recommended our concrete repair services which involved lifting the sidewalk with our PolyLevel® foam, sealing off the cracks without NexusPro™ sealant, and using our Concrete Repair System to seal and protect the sidewalk for the future. Once our crew was out to the property, they were able to successfully lift 4 inches at the front step, which met the homeowners' expectations as they expressed how happy they were with the results!
