A business owner from Black River Falls, WI, had received several complaints from tenants in the community about a few areas where concrete had sunken, creating trip hazards. Not wanting anyone to take a tumble, he decided to search for a company to restore his concrete. On the recommendation of a friend, he decided to call American Waterworks and set up his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist headed out to the property.
Once our Design Specialist concluded his inspection, he informed the business owner that we could easily address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. He went on to say that our process is finished with the application of our NexusPro. Silicone-based, our NexusPro is a sealant that gets applied to all cracks and joints in the lifted concrete to ensure no elements get below the slab. The business owner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team had the sunken concrete lifted and sealed in no time. Now our customer is thrilled to know that his tenants can enjoy trip-free concrete!
Jason N. in Clermont, IA was tired of dealing with a sunken driveway. It was continuously getting worse over time, and it had become a trip hazard for him and his wife. He started to do some research online and came across the American Waterworks website. He was interested in our PolyLevel product and contacted us for a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists to meet with Jason, evaluate the situation, and propose a solution. He was glad to hear that our PolyLevel concrete repair option is a durable, faster and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair.
Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process only took half a day, and now Jason and his wife are able to enjoy level concrete for years to come. They are thrilled with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was. We are happy we were able to restore their peace of mind!
A West Salem, WI homeowner contacted us when he took a nasty tumble over a piece of uneven concrete leading up to an outer door. He didn't want anyone else to get hurt, so he decided to call us and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ross, headed out to the home.
Once Ross completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner and informed him that we could fix the sinking walkway with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and decided to schedule the project for a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift with no complications. Now, our customer can walk on their walkways with confidence, knowing trip hazards have been dealt with.

A homeowner in Brownsville, MN was frustrated with her back patio area. Over the years it had sunk quite a bit and was tilting inward. This had resulted in a variety of cracks forming throughout the patio and an overall unpleasing look. She decided to take action and find a solution that would fix the concrete before it sunk anymore and caused more cracks. The homeowner went online, and she found the American Waterworks company website after searching for concrete repair solutions in the Minnesota area. She was initially impressed with our FREE no-obligation estimate offers and signed up for her own. We sent over Design Specialist Mac Cole to the home where he carried out a thorough inspection of the areas of concern. Mac informed the homeowner that the best way to move forward was by installing our PolyLevel solution and NexusPro joint sealant. The combination of the two would work to lift, level, and seal the patio area and make it smooth once again.
