Patricia H. in Waltham, MN was tired of dealing with her sunken, uneven driveway and walkway around her home. She contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate, and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, to evaluate the situation and propose a unique concrete repair solution. Patricia was impressed with our 3 part Concrete Protection System and Kevin’s presentation, so she moved forward with the project.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete to inject a polymer foam called PolyLevel. Once the foam is injected into the concrete, the foam expands and raises it. They injected the foam into multiple spots throughout the driveway and sidewalk until the concrete was raised and level to its original position. Then, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. Lastly, they used our SealantPro to seal the concrete, restoring quality and protecting against UV, weather, oil and water damage for 3 to 5 times longer than other concrete sealants. Patricia was pleased with the results and is looking forward to enjoying her newly restored concrete for years to come!
A homeowner in Elmwood, WI was tired of dealing with the large bump that had formed between the garage floor and the driveway apron. Every day when he drove in and out his car ran over the bump, and it had only gotten worse over time. He was curious about what it would take to replace or repair the concrete, so he went online to see what his options were. The American Waterworks website stood out to him because of our powerful PolyLevel foam that is able to lift up concrete back to its original height. He decided to sign up for one of our FREE no-obligation estimates to learn more from an expert. We sent over our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to the home to inspect the concrete and talk with the homeowner about his expectations. Mac explained that PolyLevel was indeed a great solution for the homeowner's situation and that this method of concrete repairing was a lot less invasive and expensive than other methods. The homeowner was glad to hear this and scheduled a time for the installation. Our Foreman, Patrick Burnes, and his crew went to the site to install the PolyLevel and also our NexusPro joint sealant for a smooth finish. The homeowner was glad he had got in touch with us to carry out the concrete repairs.

A homeowner in Dodge Center, MN was facing multiple issues with concrete such as settling slabs along the walkway and the driveway of his home. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Mitch S., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the concrete and to answer any questions the homeowner had. Mitch explained that it was good that the homeowner wanted to address his damaged concrete right away rather than waiting as the issue would only worsen. Mitch then created a proposal for the homeowner recommending our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula that is engineered to lift settling slabs, and NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant to seal the joints and repair the cracks. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and scheduled the installation date.
In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began installing PolyLevel by drilling small holes into the slabs and inserting the injection ports. Using an injection gun, PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab, lifting it to the desired level. The crew then seals the holes with cement. Lastly, the crew applied NexusPro to the joints of both the walkway and driveway and repaired the cracks along the driveway. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
