Todd H. in Racine, MN contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our commercials on TV. He had a stoop that had settled in front of his home, and he was interested in our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution to repair the concrete. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez, to meet with Todd and evaluate the situation. Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete stoop where it needed to be raised. He then injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The process was non-invasive, and it only took a couple of hours. Now Todd will be able to enjoy a level stoop for years to come!

Roger D. in Adams, MN had a driveway that sunk 2-3 below the concrete garage floor. One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, he injection our PolyLevel foam into the holes until the concrete was raised to be level with the garage floor. Once the concrete was level, he filled back the holes he drilled with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. He also did this process with Roger’s sidewalk. Roger was very pleased with the final outcome and he will now be able to enjoy beautiful, level concrete.

A homeowner in Rochester, MN purchased a home with a detached garage.  Over time, the garage floor had developed some cracks, and a large section of the concrete broke off and dropped down approximately 5 inches.
