A homeowner in Ontario, WI, had noticed that there was a large gap forming between her driveway and some adjoining concrete stairs. She suspected that if she let the problem get worse, she could have a dangerous tripping hazard on her hands. She decided to begin the search for a company that could help with the issue. She had noticed lots of American Waterworks vehicles in her town, and yard signs around her neighborhood, so she decided to call us and take advantage of our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Will R, headed out to the home.
After Will completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that she was right to call us, and that addressing concrete issues sooner rather than later is always going to be more beneficial. He let her know that American Waterworks could lift the sunken concrete using our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. Will went on to say that we finish all of lifting projects by applying our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent any moisture from getting below the slab and saturating the soil below. The homeowner agreed and work began weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, was able to lift and seal the concrete to the homeowner's liking. Now, our customer can have peace of mind in her concrete!

A homeowner in Tomah, WI, knew they needed to have their sidewalk repaired. Knowing they could not repair it themselves, the homeowner began searching for a professional opinion. During their search, the homeowner came across one of our PolyLevel installations and was in awe of the process. The homeowner took a closer look into the services offered by us, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. When the estimate was finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mike, to investigate the status of the sidewalk. When Mike arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began his evaluation. Mike found that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the sidewalk from sinking further, Mike suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled. After deliberating all their options, the homeowner agreed and production commenced. Our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew arrived at the home and got their materials ready for the PolyLevel installation. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the entire sidewalk leading into the home. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to inserting the NexusPro Solution into the joints of the sidewalk. Once the NexusPro installation was complete, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were impressed with the excellent job completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist another customer.
A homeowner in Tomah, WI was frustrated because of the large bump that had appeared in between his front walkway and steps as a result of the concrete slabs sinking and cracking. The American Waterworks company name stood out to him because of our quality products and FREE estimates, and he signed up for his own estimate.
