A homeowner from Rushford, MN, was growing frustrated with the concrete patio in front of his home. He used it for extra storage for outdoor materials, but getting those items in and out of the area was difficult because of a few areas of uneven concrete. One night, while watching the local news, the homeowner saw an American Waterworks ad for concrete lifting. He decided to give us a call and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo, headed out of the property.
Once his inspection was complete, he met with the homeowners to give him his recommendations. He stated that we could fix the areas of sinking concrete by using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below concrete slabs. As this PolyLevel expands, it fills voids caused by soil erosion and slowly lifts the concrete slabs back to their original position. He then said that we finish our lifting and leveling process by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent moisture from getting below the slab, causing further soil washout. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Jordan S, headed out to the property to complete the lift. Jordan ran into weather concerns, so the NexusPro had to be installed a few weeks later. Once the job had been completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know that he could use his outdoor space without hassle!

Kenny P. of Cresco, IA had a sinking driveway, and he wanted to get it looked at by a professional. He got in contact with our company and scheduled a FREE Estimate. Our concrete Design Specialist, Michel, went to Kenny's house, carefully examined his concrete, and determined a solution that worked for him and his needs. Michel proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, which are two of our main concrete services. Kenny was confident in our products and their warranties, so he went ahead with the repairs.
Our Foreman and his production team began the project by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the concrete. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete and balances the surface. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack between the home and the driveway, ensuring the driveway looked much neater than when they found it. A homeowner in Cresco, IA, was unhappy with the condition of their driveway. Instead of letting the driveway worsen, the homeowner decided to take action. The homeowner wanted to avoid replacing the entire driveway, so they looked into repair options. After searching the Better Business Bureau, the homeowner was impressed with our A+ rating. The homeowner did further research into our company and saw that we offer FREE estimates. Since it was FREE, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Michel arrived at the home and began inspecting the status of the concrete. Michel discovered that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. To combat this issue, Michel recommended lifting and leveling the driveway. Since it avoids total replacement, the homeowner decided to follow along with Michel's plan. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. When they arrived, they began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the driveway, sidewalk, and front patio. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew shifted their focus to taking out old joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once the new joints were put into place, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent job completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to help its homeowners accomplish their goals.
A homeowner in Cresco, IA, tripped in between their garage and home. Worried others could be injured, the homeowner knew they needed to fix the sinking issue. The homeowner knew one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for Ryan's arrival. Ryan traveled to the home and began his detailed inspection of the cracked, sunken sidewalk. During his inspection, Ryan determined the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement and needed to be lifted back to its original state. Trusting Ryan's suggestions, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the project. Ryan sent the approved plans to our Logistics team to be approved, then to our Foreman, Troy. After Troy and his crew received the plans, they traveled to Cresco and began the lift. To lift the sidewalk, the crew used PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing several joints and repairing cracks with our NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. After the cracks and joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their material and left the home. The homeowner was shocked by the wonderful transformation completed by the crew. American Waterworks is glad to eliminate trip hazards around its customers' homes.
A homeowner in Arcadia, WI was interested in increasing the curb appeal of his home. He hadn't done any kind of repairs to the area since moving in and wanted to make some changes for the upcoming year with his front walkway. Looking online to find a solution, his goal was to find something that wouldn't cause too much disruption to the concrete and not break the bank. He found our website and was impressed with the American Waterworks reviews page that showed our positive comments from past customers. He also was interested in our FREE estimate appointments and signed up for his own. We received his request and sent over Design Specialist Darin Stenglein to the home to carry out a detailed inspection. Darin informed the homeowner that installing our PolyLevel solution would help to lift the walkway back up and NexusPro sealant would work to seal in the empty joints that currently stood out. The homeowner agreed to the plans and waited for the project date to come. Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew arrived at the site and installed the two products to restore the walkway area. The homeowner was impressed with the work done and happy with the final results.
