Rick C

Rick was a President’s Club Mortgage Loan Officer before being welcomed into HomeSpec as a project manager. He was primarily involved in appraisal and inspection reviews. His experience also includes an NMLS Mortgage license. 

While inspections and providing solutions are part of the role, Rick’s favorite element is helping others. Much like our clients, years ago, Rick had foundation leakage issues and knows the dangers of choosing the wrong company. He knows from first-hand experience that having peace of mind in your own home is vital. When he is not evaluating safe havens, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, volunteering at church, and writing and playing music.
