Melanie has been working in various facets of customer service for several years. She has previously worked in a call center, but spent most of her working days in retail. What she likes the most about her job is her ability to make a difference in someone’s day. Her goal is to always make the customers experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

In Melanie’s free time she enjoys playing video game and streaming on twitch. She has been gaming since she was 5 years old and it’s something that has stuck with her throughout the years.
