After setting the interior drainage system with concrete that levels with the rest of the basement floor, the HomeSpec team cleaned up after themselves to leave the space better than when they arrived.
A homeowner reached out to HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair because of the moldy smell that was permeating the home. A senior project manager witnessed the severe conditions inside the crawl space.
The steel plate is secured against the foundation wall to prevent it from bowing or buckling any more than it already has. Waterproofing products fill in the gaps between the bricks that previously allowed water to leak inside.
