After making certain that the concrete is level, the team can then seal the area using NexusPro sealant. This protects the driveway from the elements.
An enormous amount of cracks were in the basement walls
Once the concrete was leveled, the HomeSpec team sealed all of the cracks and joints using NexusPro. The final step was to seal all of the concrete using SealantPro. This combination of products protects the concrete from the elements.
In 2018, a homeowner had HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair encapsulate their crawl space. They were happy with the completed project and the results.
Water was leaking into the basement from cracks in the foundation walls. The basement was finished so the owners didn't know that cracks existed behind the drywall.
A Canton, MI homeowner wanted to protect their driveway and repair the cracks that had begun to appear. So, they called HomeSpec for a free inspection.
This Canton, MI driveway had begun to crack as time went on. These cracks continued to spread and the concrete sunk in some spots. This allowed plant life to invade and fill the spaces.
