A Holt, MI resident and his wife bought their home in 2007 and plan on staying in it forever. They have a new driver in the home and there's about a three to four inch drop leading into the driveway, making it unsafe. The couple called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined they would need PolyLevel and NexusPro to correct the driveway. 

The PolyLevel system is used to repair sinking concrete by drilling minuscule holes into the slab and filling them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. NexusPro is a sealant that fills the cracks in the concrete. It is extremely withstanding to harsh weather so it will remain intact for years.  

The couple loved the work Ayers did to their driveway. Not only does it look much better, it is completely safe for their new driver!

Amy realized the lip between her sidewalk and driveway was growing deeper, and she didnt want to trip on it. This customer contacted us because they wanted to lift the northwest corner of their garage slab that has sunk over time. We were able to go through and drill small holes (smaller than a penny) and insert our PolyLevel to raise the slab back to its original height. The PolyLevel can be driven on 15 minutes after installation and won't ever wash out after being installed. The PolyLevel is also able to lift almost 4,000 pounds per square foot of material, which is insanely strong. This is a great option to restore property value and no one will have to trip on the uneven ground. 

The enclosed front porch of Terri's house was sinking and the floor was beginning to crack. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.

They decided to install PolyLevel, a system that modernizes the concept of mudjacking with better materials and equipment. PolyLevel lifts and flattens concrete by injecting polymer foam into voids below a concrete slab. The foam expands to raise and level the concrete without adding weight. Charles is happy to have his garage back!
