Sealed Old Driveway Cracks in Berkley, MI
Ern and Kim wanted to have concrete work done on the driveway of their older home. While several areas of the driveway couldn't be lifted and leveled due to extensive prior damage, our team was able to seal existing cracks and joints to prevent water from entering the concrete and causing future issues. We also successfully leveled a few slabs within the driveway, which showed promise of returning to normal levels.
Sidewalks at a Church in Berrien Springs, MI Become Level Again
A local church in Berrien Springs was beginning to see significant signs of shifting of their concrete, which was becoming very uneven and had some mild cracks. The church called Ayers to see what we could do, and we were able to lift and level several areas of their concrete with our Polylevel technology, along with the installation of our NexusPro sealant in the cracks to no longer allow for water to enter into those cracks.
Wyoming, MI Driveway Gets Lifted and Leveled
Joel and Margaret have lived in their home for many years. The driveway slabs, which were poured in the 80s, have started to sink, crack, and separate over time. A home in Buckley, MI started to show severe signs of water intrusion into cracks and below the concrete based on unlevel areas and cracks.
