This home's crawlspace main beam was being held up by a concrete cinder block. Mold and Father time contributed to the cinderblock and main beam eventually failing, which needed some help. We installed SmartJack's to raise this main beam once and for all. 

This house had one wall that was splitting vertically because of a shifting foundation. Helical piers were needed, and helical piers were installed. Thanks to our professional technicians, we knew precisely where and how to install the piers. This house wont have to worry about a splitting foundation any longer. 

This basement owner had a semi-finished basement that had received I-beams from a different structural contractor. These beams that were installed did not stand the test of time and were breaking down. On top of that, their basement was also receiving water leaks. They called us this time to get it right for good. We ripped out the beams and installed our PowerBraces, which won't crack like the other ones they had installed. We also waterproofed with an interior perimeter system consisting of concealed WaterGuard drains, a SuperSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The customer no longer needs to worry about wall failure or water leaks.

This home was sinking down a side of a hill, causing the side of the house to disconnect from the rest of the home. We installed helical piers in order to raise the side of the house back to health, and to keep it that way. You can see the stair-step cracking in the before picture near the bottom of the downspout and the top of the downspout where the gap sits between the yellow panels and the bricks.
