This beautiful home had a basement that was in pretty bad shape. It was leaking water, the walls were bowed, and it was musty. We started by installing WaterGuard drains under the perimeter of the interior of the basement, under the concrete. The WaterGuard led to a Super Sump sump pump, which is able to discharge the water collected far away from the home. We then installed PowerBraces and CleanSpace walls to hold the walls up and make them look nice. The result of this new waterproofing system will leave the basement dry and looking good.
This window enclosure is able to trap and reflect sunlight into your basement, providing light and heat. The enclosure also directs rain away from the well.
This homeowner wanted one of our pumps because theirs was acting up. We Installed a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery back up.
This home in Lexington, Kentucky flooded each time it rained even the littlest bit. Hydrostatic pressure had built up and it was time for us to relieve it. We installed WaterGuard, a TripleSafe pump, and a discharge line out the basement. The result was a dry basement for the future.
This basement was wet because its previous waterproof system failed. Clogged drains and an older sump pump were not helping this customer. We installed our system by installing WaterGuard drainage all along the basement interior perimeter, connected to a Super Sump pump and discharge line. Water is out the basement now!
