This homeowner wanted to keep her basement dry so that she would have the peace of mind knowing water will not be a concern down the road. She previously used our services, so when she decided that she needed waterproofing systems, she gave us a call.

We sent Service Technician Brandon Rost to inspect the basement water problems and to find a custom solution that fit this homeowner's needs. Brandon found that water was slowly seeping into the basement through the cold joint on the floor and through the wall. He knew that this problem could be fixed quickly, so after discussing options with the homeowner, he set up an installation appointment with her. Our installation crew including Brandon used a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a new Sump System.

This homeowner was having problems with water coming into her basement. She really hated the damp air this water created, and she wanted to use her basement for storage, so she knew that she had to fix this problem. After searching for the right solutions, she came across our reviews and determined that she wanted to work with us, so she gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Todd King to inspect the basement and determine where the water was coming from as well as how to stop this problem. Todd found that water was coming in from the cold joints in the foundation and the sitting water had been causing high humidity throughout her basement. When Todd finished his inspection, he discussed how a full perimeter solution as well as a new sump pump and dehumidifier would help solve her basement problems once and for all. She was excited to here this news, so when our installation team arrived, they got right to work, starting with installing a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System with a full height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. These perimeter solutions will work to keep the entire basement dry while the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump System and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier will help to keep the basement dry and control the air quality. To take action against water infiltration and protect the homeowner's valuables, we implemented installed two products: WaterGuard and CleanSpace. WaterGuard is a highly effective drainage system that stops water at the perimeter of the basement, preventing it from entering the living space. This solution ensures that any water infiltrating the area is efficiently channeled away, providing protection to the home.

CleanSpace is a moisture-resistant liner that can be installed on the basement walls and floors, creating a clean and dry environment. CleanSpace not only enhances the overall appearance of the basement but also acts as a barrier against moisture, mold, and mildew. These solutions gave this homeowner peace of mind and the confidence to store their items in the basement.

This customer had a problem with water getting into her basement and causing mold to grow, making it difficult for her to use the space for her quilting projects. The water was seeping in through the walls and damaging the drywall too. To tix these issues we used a combination of different methods. First, our team removed all the damaged drywall and installed something called Cleanspace. This helped prevent any more moisture from coming in and causing further problems.

We also used a system called Waterguard to manage the drainage of water within the basement. This helped to keep the space dry and prevented any more water from seeping in. To improve the air quality and reduce humidity levels, we installed a device called Sanidry Sedona. This made the basement a healthier environment and helped prevent any more mold from growing.

Thanks to our hard work and careful attention to detail, the customer was extremely happy with the results. She could now use her basement for quilting without worrying about water or mold issues.
