Tim was very good, he took as through the work to be done step by step.  Two reasons we decided to have MidAmerica work on our basement was because of their presentation and the service plan after the work is done.

Tim did an excellent job explaining everything to me.  It didn't take long either.  MidAmerica has excellent recommendations which was a big factor when it came to deciding a company.  The crew did a very nice job of cleaning everything up, and were very polite.

The office staff was so nice and helpful!  The installation crew was on time and very hard working both days.  There was no profanity and they were very respectful of my property.

If it wasn't for Tim's presentation and knowledge we would have gone with another company.  We were very impressed with Tim.

The office staff was friendly and on all contacts after the first remembered location, problem when called, and other details - relational. The representative was businesslike, analytical, and explained system well. The method for making an older basement dry was more appealing than rebuilding or outside solutions. I was pleased with the workers' respect and care of our home - protecting flooring and doorways when moving supplies and equipment.
