Irene had an older sump pump placed in her basement many years ago. During the last large rain fall, her sump quit working and flooded her basement. She contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have a new sump installed. Wes offered her a TripleSafe sump to give her the peace of mind that will even work during power outages. The TripleSafe offers a primary and secondary pump, and a battery back-up pump. It was also suggested that she install WaterGuard and CleanSpace to help collect and direct water to the TripleSafe, preventing it from surfacing to the floor.

The most graphic change I have ever seen!

The bottom of the existing wall had water damage and mold formation. We removed the lower portion of the wall and replaced it with the EverLast Wall Restoration product which is made of all inorganic materials.

This customer has decided to remodel their basement and do it right. We waterproofed the basement for them and installed our Basement to Beautiful panels afterwards. Now they have their walls insulated with inorganic material that has the metal stud frame work imbedded right into it with wire chases too. They are now ready to finish their basement with whatever material they wish over the top.
