The fact that Ken was honest with us. That he explained everything and did not try to sell us on things we did not need or solutions that would not permanently work.
He took his time. Woods basement offered solutions others did not offer. I believe that if we would have gone with a cheaper company we would have ended up refixing everything in the future.
