The team of Jason, John, and Joshua exceeded my expectations in every way possible. They were courteous, able to answer all my questions so that I could understand them. The work they did is exceptional. They left my basement neat and tidy and ready for dry wall and then to be used as living space. I like your life-of-the-house guarantee, too.

From their call letting me know that they were coming until they finished and left the work place neat and tidy, I couldn't have been more satisfied with a work crew. They worked well and efficiently with each other and they all were able to answer my questions clearly and to my satisfaction. They are polite and very hardworking. This kind of work is, by the way, very difficult. They seemed to enjoy it and made it look easy.

What made you choose our company:

I was thinking about all my water in the basement problems as I was walking to my car in a the Walgreen's parking lot. Dave Palmer's Basementy truck was parked next to may car. I asked him a few questions and made an appointement for him to come to my house and look at my basement. My basement problems have been going on for as long as I have owned this house. I have talked to many waterproofers and had work done on the basement and still had water in my basement. Dave's description of what your company could do made a great deal of sense. I understood what he was talking about and he answered my questions with information that made sense. Your booklet about waterproofing is very well done, by the way. So Dave and the information he provided made me choose your company.
