I was worried about a crack in our basement floor in a house we owned in 1986. Mr. Woods himself (as I recall) came to our home and basically said we did not have a problem. (It was a hairline crack) I was naive and he could have sold me thousands of dollars worth of product and services, but he didn't. He was honest and correct as it turned out. We lived there 12 years and never had a water problem. I admired him and was so impressed with his honesty, so that is exactly why I called Woods now.
It's rare to be happy about spending nearly $10,000 on "icky" stuff, but we were! The crew was so nice and competent that we really had a lot of confidence in them.

The guys were TERRIFIC, they worked VERY HARD in high heat and humidity and appear to have done a great job.
