I would like to thank Chris for supplying me the filters for under my house system. I feel the Lord has used him to right some wrongs with this whole Woods Basement experience. I am thanking him for being faithful and caring to take the time to help me with these situations. The grey filter seems to work a lot better. I will know what to buy and do in the future.

Chris has restored my faith in Woods and reminds me of Dave Sinclair. His motto was something like - "If it's not right, I'll make it right." I am grateful he gave me the same kind of service.
