None, other than more communication seems necessary between working crew and salesman.
Our Overall Service
Company should adopt a discount for other than signing the day salesman is at the home giving quote. This is an expensive item being undertaken and one should have more time to think before signing. Perhaps a senior discount or at least extending the time a bit before signing.

Salesman, when he gets a contract, should indicate any digging hazards, including in ground sprinkler systems or drainage systems, so working crew will have correct info before starting work.
