The only thing I wish we were told in the beginning was that the asbestos tiling covered by the carpet MUST be removed before the crew came out the first time. Additionally, we were told that apart of our staircase and desk must be removed, too. We were told at our consolation that the tiling, deck and staircase would be fine and could be worked around and we didn't have to do anything. As a result, we had to schedule a second time for the crew to come back. Other than that, Nolan was fantastic and extremely informative about the product that we selected.
Great crew! They cleaned up very well considering the dust and dirt that was created due to the installation.
Again, great job. I felt like all I had to do was take a mop and wipe down the extra dust and that was it! The crew kept the dust limited to only the area that they worked in.... And not all over the house.
