I had a great overall experience! From getting the quote to finalizing the installation, all the staff I interacted with were wonderful. I did struggle to understand/execute accounting - I agreed to set up a payment plan, but then didn't receive follow up about how exactly to do that...but the accounting department was helpful when I called! My foreman Juan & his assistant Elijah were INCREDIBLE. They did a great job, made sure I was happy with the work, and were easy to coordinate with.

Rosele (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was wonderful. It took a couple of tries to connect, but once I did she got me the information that I needed and connected me with the accounting department. It would have been great to receive more transparency around options for financing throughout the process.

Thomas was fantastic! I felt like he knew exactly what he was talking about as he prepared my quote. I did deduct one point because he assured me that work would only take 1 day to complete, and it took a full 2 days of the crew working diligently. This could've been a major issue for another customer. I was also not connected with accounting immediately, and the boilerplate contract I was presented did not include the electrical work we agreed on. This was quickly rectified before signing but could have been a problem for someone without the knowledge to check/ask.

Juan and Elijah were the best part of this home project. They were punctual, hard working, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy with my project. Juan called 30 minutes prior to their arrival and walked me through the day's work in both the morning and afternoon to help me understand what they had accomplished. They were clean and courteous, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home!

Again, Juan & Elijah were the BEST! There isn't a speck of dust left in my basement (even though I know this project stirred up SO much dirt & dust). They made sure the coverings over all my possessions were secure and swept so thoroughly! My basement has actually never been cleaner. They were also very thoughtful about replacing any landscaping they disturbed while digging my drain for my sump pump. While it's noticeable that the grass is gone, they did everything possible to put my concrete, paver stones, and river rocks back in place. They went to the extra mile to make sure my house was left in the best possible state, and I appreciated their work SO MUCH!
