Communication about the wall construction and the location of the vent stack did not make it to the installation crew, however they were able to get the proper equipment in a short period of time. There was an issue with spilling some amount of PVC pipe cleaner in the attic. It saturated a spot about 6" in diameter in the pantry and has taken several days to get the smell out.
Seemed thorough and took down all the information that we required.
Overall thorough with gathering information
Outside of the attic spill, the crew was polite, did a clean job in performing the installation, not sure if the flashing on the stack penetration is as good as it could be.
Very clean when they left the site.

When told that we had a ICF wall and that you would have to core the wall instead of a normal drill operation, the answer was "We can do that".
