We were due for our annual sump pump checkup and Justin Schrad was absolutely great! He was friendly and very knowledge and got the job done. He explained what he was doing and broke down our price options for updated the main and secondary pumps on our system. Once again, Wood's Basement gives us a HUGE sense of security with AMAZING staff!
