The only negative to the entire process, was the fact that we were given a day and time 1 month in advance. My wife took a day off work to accommodate the time and we first recieved a call stating they would be an hour late, fine. Then an hour and a half later we were told they would not be able to do our job that day. We understand things happen and they did accommodate me at my request on a make up time, but it was a big inconvenience. Overall a good experience.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and explain everything so that I understood entirely how the work would be done.
