From a business perspective you're doing very well. You have a courteous and knowledgeable staff. Your work crew is professional and listens to your clients. and you have desire to improve your processes from start to finish.
I emailed 3 companies using their websites, but Woods would the only one to call after the email.

Good presentation. I let Heather know this, but there needs to be more transparency about the permit costs up front. Please don't tell me the permit cost $500 when it actually costs $258, and Woods charges $242 for admin and processing.
Nice guys, and they did a great job. I received a form that stated the work day began at 7:30 am, but their arrival may very depending upon traffic etc. They didn't show to my house 'til approx 930. Give an estimate of what time they work crew is going to arrive at my house. I don't care what time they show up to your facility to prep for the day. For some folks, time is more important money.
