Job review from STEPHANIE in EAST ALTON, IL 62024 on 11/01/13

The only complaint I have is when the salesperson was originally out. I specifically asked them about moving a pool out of the way and he told me I did not have too. I had some other things in the basement that needed to be moved. So a foreman came out to inspect before the project started. He then told us the pool had to be moved. Which was about 5 days before waterproofing was suppose to start and it was October.

The techincians were great! They did exactly what they said they would and in the time frame they said. Matt went over everything with me every morning. He was very professional and so was his crew. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would definatley recommend!
