I felt I was dealing with experienced people - even though a few of them told me they were in training. Great culture - can you imagine being new and feeling so supported?!
Sales Process
Perfect. We talked, he considered what I was saying/needing. Could've oversold me on 10K worth of remediations but in the end he told me what he believed I needed. These guys are in it for the long haul. Not just sales.
Our Installation Crew
3 guys showed up -- prompt, polite, proficient. Double-checked with me on placement of the outflow drain. Made the right call but they wanted to make sure I agreed.
The Cleanup Process
Not an issue.

1. Reputation and years in the industry 2. Responsiveness -- Woods has a process and follows up on leads/inquiries/scheduled visits/closing out the contract. I'm pretty impressed with this. 2. Every person I came in contact with was the personification of Woods family-owned culture. I have a client (I'm in healthcare) who holds their associates to the 'Mother' standard of care -- every decision and interaction is handled as if they were dealing with their own mother. I'm only 62 - so this is not the sentimental ramblings of a great grandma...:) but I felt that same consideration and care in every interaction with Woods.
