Our Overall Service
We had to be rescheduled for each visit. We had made plans and had to adjust our plans because your crews were not able to meet the commitments made to us.
Call Representative
Did not respond to emails with emails only text messages. We had to call to get our issues taken care of.
Sales Process
Based on what the installation team said, the sales person promised more than they thought they were supposed to do. We had to get a foreman out the first day to review the contract and get this straightened out. Each crew had different members and each had to get an explanation of what was to be done.
Our Installation Crew
The first two crews did not use proper safety equipment ( eye protection at least as a minimum ) while operating the concrete saw. I had to insist and/or provide safety goggles for them to wear
The Cleanup Process
No issues there

What made you choose our company:

I should have asked but it would have been nice if the finish options could have been explained as far as any options that may have allowed the new concrete to match the color (tan ) of the current driveway. Instead I now have a 15" wide gray patch all the way across the driveway. Is there a way to stain it to a closer match now?
