Prior experience. I have been completely satisfied with previous occasions.
BTW, the reason I didn't give "5s" is because nothing is perfect and, more importantly, it will take a couple weeks to see if the waterproofing actually works the way it should. Finally, Melvin and his crew were effective, efficient, and courteous. It appears that they did the work correctly and with minimal disturbance. I was glad to have them do the work.
