Our Overall Service
The end result was fantastic and nearly exceeded our expectations. However, the customer service side of the project was very disappointing. Our project was delayed due to crews leaving and project supervisors leaving. But we didn't hear anything at all about this for weeks and had to constantly call to get updates. If we had not called, we would have never known that our project was delayed and that we had all new contacts at the company from when we had started. Once the project started, things got better. But I still feel as though the customer support aspects of the job could have been a lot better. At times we felt very in the dark about the status of our project, even after asking for updates and information. Dates provided by the original project supervisor flew by without any notification as to why and it took weeks for us to get a response after leaving multiple messages.
Sales Process
Sales presentation was well done. Follow up and estimates were well written/drawn. Had some delays making changes, but overall an easy experience.
Our Installation Crew
Nothing but great things to say about the work done and the crew doing it. We're very happy with the end product and what we got.
The Cleanup Process
A few things were left at the house, but overall the cleanup was spectacular and we were satisfied.

What made you choose our company:
Price was a heavy factor. You all were very competitive on pricing and combined with the project offered helped make it an easy decision. But also because we had heard good things from a close friend who had work done and were impressed with the job you had done for them. The experience with basements and the sales presentation helped to seal the deal.
