Our Installation Crew
One of the workers was not wearing a covid mask inside our home. I was very upset: I would have never hired Woods Basement had I known this. We did not learn about it until the end of the appointment, when we did the final walk through on the project. Fortunately, Billie took excellent care of us. I would give Woods Basement a 5* rating were it not for that incident. Everything else - including the other worker, who was masked - were all great.
