My only complaint is that the $250 permit fee had been left off the cost and relevant paperwork. I was informed of this additional fee only after all costs had been agreed upon and paperwork signed. However, in the end the sales staff was gracious enough to go ahead and omit this oversight from the final cost.

The crew was professional and courteous. The foreman even recognized a better solution than was originally estimated and was able to implement it with no additional cost to me.
