Job review from MarilynHoch in Tolono, IL 61880 on 12/28/20

I told Laura Lane one of the vents was an access door not a vent and needed an access door cover--she even asked me which supposed vent was the access door but didn't send an access door for it.

I emailed Mike Pirok that one of the vents was an access door and needed an access door cover but he didn't respond.

From what I can see they did an excellent job--I can't crawl around and look at it all because I'm 85 years old--should have asked them to show me pictures. They made a wood door for the access opening since you wouldn't furnish your regular access door (which I think is totally ridiculous for a job that cost almost $15,000). They did disable my door bell so will have to get a new door bell.
