Todd Gray was an absolutely amazing representative of your company and a true advocate for me as a customer. As I navigated a very challenging issue with my home warranty company, he went out of his way to call them repeatedly and ensure they were understanding the nature of the issue with my sump pump. After the home warranty company failed to resolve the issue and exhibited some unethical tendencies, Todd himself followed up with the Better Business Bureau on my behalf and filed a complaint on the home warranty company. Never again will I work with HSA Home Warranty, but I will always commit to doing business with Woods Basement Systems -- and hopefully with Todd!
