The guys were prompt and productive.
I believe if I had not started a email trail, the reps would have not have responded as quick. The phone calls did not get any attention from the sales rep nor the previous foreman.
He presented well. Actually my original sales person left the company before I finalized the system.
The 1st crew was OK. The 2nd one came in and worked worked worked to find the problem.
More so the 2nd crew than the 1st crew. I am still wiping up dusk. Not a big deal.
What made you choose our company:
Because of the recommendation from a co-worker. Lastly, I was not expecting to have to call you back within the 1st 4 months. My recommendation would be that someone follows up afterward to make sure all is well. I am hopeful I will not have to call WB anymore with the same problem or issues. It is frustrating and has caused additional anxiety to me when it rain or storm.
