Our Overall Service
We have had a lot of work completed by Woods, some good and some bad. This last experience with Jessie Croster was a great one. However, we are still waiting for completion of the leveling of our sun room floor which has been outstanding since last year. We were told a truck overturned and had to have the work rescheduled. Since that time, we had our piers checked which turned out to be a disaster. The crew damaged our house during that visit. The repair work to the damage is only partially completed. We need the men to return to finish the damaged wallpaper and shifted flooring in the kitchen.
Call Representative
Julia is a lovely person and helped us a lot. However, many times the people who she contacted for us never followed up in a timely manner. Most times, I have to call back and see where we are in the process.
Sales Process
Jessie Croster, who may not be a salesperson, but uncovered some problems with our foundation and "sold" us on our last purchase of the power braces was exceptional in explaining.
Our Installation Crew
Jessie Croster ran an amazing crew. Jessie and Luke were kind enough to wear masks when we requested it. The third worker did not wear a mask.

We had previous work done with Woods. We still have work that is scheduled for July, specifically the sun room lifting and leveling. We still need to have the damage caused by your workers in our mudroom completed.
We chose you to do the power braces because we felt that Jesse Croster was knowledgeable and trustworthy.
