Our Overall Service
Salesperson oversold services compared to the level of problems we were having, including a "pressure sale" to get us to sign that day. When we realized this, we tried to back out, but the contract had locked us in to at least the down payment, since we were one day - one day - beyond the back-out window. Overselling services and then not allowing people to back out is absolutely terrible customer service, and, frankly, unethical. I will make sure those I talk to know about this factor when considering your services in the future.
Call Representative
Representatives have been knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us reschedule several times, including due to COVID, and made that process go as well as it could!
Sales Process
Salesperson was knowledgeable, and the inspection and presentation were professional. However, we believe he oversold us services and products based on the needs we had. When we realized this, we were locked in to a down payment already. Because of the company policy, we couldn't back out. This is awful customer service.
Our Installation Crew
Considerate, hard-working crew! Great experience with them in our home. The craftsmanship and product knowledge was excellent, as was the quality of work. A+ to Luis, Caleb, and Andre!
The Cleanup Process
Cleaned up well! The crew made sure everything was as it should be. They were considerate to make sure things were cleaned up even overnight over the course of the three days well so our small children didn't get into the mess. :)

What made you choose our company:
We had a recommendation from a family member who had used Woods' services in the past. Woods was the first callback when we had some minor leakage in our basement.
