The person that scheduled the work to be done was great

The sales person was great he deserves a 5. The account manager call to see if I wanted the work done. After they did the work the crew foreman said it would cost 160.00 per year to maintain. The account manager told me it would be 119.00 per year, I called the account manager after the work was done to check on the correct price and haven't heard back from her yet. It is Friday. I also opted out of the tighting tool for the epoxy to be applyed to the wall. They didn't bring the epoxy.
