Our Overall Service
Takes way to long to get this installed. Our first meeting or estimate took place in October and they couldn't get us installed until January. Hire more people if you are that busy! We almost went with another company because of the turn around time. When I contacted our representative that did the estimate, Sam he was slow to get back with me and took me calling him to find out when we were on the schedule. I can't believe a company starts a loan for someone for 3 months prior to them doing work and then the interest starts from the day you sign the papers.

Our Installation Crew
Miguel was extremely kind and nice. Can't believe 2 people jackhammered and carried out every rock in 1 day. They bust their butts are extremely hard workers! Give them a raise!!!

What made you choose our company:

I would have went with a 9 if the process was faster, just way too slow. I emailed Sam the week prior to them doing the work to verify that they were still on to come (the next day the receptionist called to verify our appointment), I assumed that was because I emailed Sam but it wasn't. Then the next day (the day after she had called me) she called again to verify the appointment because she said my service person informed her I had emailed but I had emailed 3 days prior to that, he was fairly slow or just never responded would have the receptionist take care of it. The biggest suggestion I would have is the processing time to get a project accomplished. I waited 3 months to have them at our home for 2 days to finish this $12,000 (plus) project.
