We received 2 calls form 2 different reps regarding the timeline for installation, kept us informed of the process for our timeline and asked if I had any questions beforehand.
Sales Process
Scott gave a very informatiive presentation as well as discussing various options for our situation.
Our Installation Crew
To our surprise the crew looked very young, however, they were hard at work. The lead guy discussed what they were going to do while pointing out the area of just what they would install. It snowed the whole time they were here, very heavy and the tempatures in the 20s; however that didn't stop them. Great crew.
