Woods Basement Systems was very informative about both products/work that we had done. If my wife or I had a question before, during, and after the work, Woods Basements Systems did a fantastic job clarifying each question for us.

The crew that did our basement (I believe the forenames name was Greg) were awesome people. Not only were they nice people to talk to but they were helpful and worked consistently. Greg was helpful in explaining how to tighten and when to tighten the five Power Braces. They looked over everything before they started to work and had to make a few minor adjustments to they original work plan drawn up by our salesperson. Greg explained why these few adjustments needed to be made. This is what homeowners respect and like . . . . . professional people who do the job right the first time. They treated our house like it was theirs. Thanks for your good work.
